About Dr. Giedre Vasiliauskaite

With extensive experience in leadership development and a research-driven approach, I specialize in embedding critical thinking into daily business operations. I worked with professionals across industries to solve one of today’s biggest challenges: how to think more effectively in high-stakes and uncertain environments.

I hold a Doctorate in Philosophy from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2011) and have more than two decades of international professional experience. I am also a certified professional coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation and am passionate to work with the leaders, who are willing to create resilient organizations and teams who want to collaborate better. For over 20 years I have has been teaching Critical Thinking courses at Master’s and MBA-executive programs at various Universities in the Netherlands, Indonesia, Lithuania as well as delivering trainings and coaching for organizations.

Being an expat for more than two decades and working with culturally diverse audiences, I have acquired first-hand knowledge of assets and challenges of working in multicultural environments and a passion to facilitate mutual understanding, stimulate personal growth and achieve greater results together.
