In 2013, Dr. Giedre established G-Mindlab with a clear mission: to embed critical thinking into daily business operations for better performance. She has supported executives and teams across functions business functions and public institutions, and entrepreneurial ventures. She equips her clients with practical tools and mental models to de-risk their decision-making as they combine rigorous, evidence-based reasoning with emotional intelligence, with ease of implementation for lasting impact.
Dr. Giedre holds a PhD in Philosophy from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is an ACC-certified coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation, and additional training in Organizational Relationships and Systems Coaching. Being an expat for 25+ years and having worked with professionals from over 50 nationalities daily, she brings proven ability to bridge and facilitate mutual understanding required to drive collaborative results.
